During the pandemic, we advanced ecosystem intelligence through Asia Venturing — a curated executive broadcast platform designed to convene global leaders at scale — alongside closed-door Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) roundtables, laying the foundation for institutional continuity.

As the world reopened, Anchor entered a new chapter.
We shifted from standalone programs to vertical sector platforms with a focus on advanced mobility, textile, and sustainable materials — integrating capital, startups, and corporate leadership into sustained industrial transformation.

Through Anchor Industry Lab and expanded sector platforms, we are formalizing a collaboration model that integrates research, case studies, data analytics, and strategic capital.

Founder & Platform Architect
Elisa Chiu is an ecosystem architect and cross-border capital strategist focused on global industry transformation.
Prior to founding Anchor in 2017, she managed over US$1 billion in Pan-Pacific assets on Wall Street and gained early-stage exposure in Silicon Valley. Rather than launching a traditional investment fund, she chose to commit her own capital and network to building Anchor as an independent institutional platform.
Over the past decade, she has convened and designed multi-stakeholder initiatives across mobility, semiconductors, supply chains, and corporate venturing — connecting leaders from more than 15 countries and helping shape new forms of industry collaboration.
