A Cross-Border Industry Innovation Platform — we build structure where it does not yet exist.
Anchor was founded on a defining realization:
Even in a hyperconnected world, meaningful cross-border and cross-industry collaboration remains difficult. Capability alone is not enough — participation requires structure.
The most consequential challenges of our time are rarely confined to one country or one industry.
No single ecosystem holds all the answers.
Advancing them requires the discipline to compete — and the wisdom to collaborate.
Over the past decade, that conviction has evolved into an institutional platform.

Global Inbound & Entrepreneurial Residency
We brought the world to Taiwan through curated entrepreneurial residencies and immersive programs, introducing Taiwan’s strengths to global capital and innovation networks.

Ecosystem Mapping & Digital Pivot
During the pandemic, we advanced ecosystem intelligence through Asia Venturing — a curated executive broadcast platform designed to convene global leaders at scale — alongside closed-door Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) roundtables, laying the foundation for institutional continuity.

Industrial Transformation
As the world reopened, Anchor entered a new chapter.
We shifted from standalone programs to vertical sector platforms with a focus on advanced mobility, textile, and sustainable materials — integrating capital, startups, and corporate leadership into sustained industrial transformation.

Today, Anchor operates as a long-horizon transformation platform — grounded in cross-border DNA and built on a decade of institutional trust.
The next phase is not about scaling faster, but aligning deeper and institutionalizing continuity.
Through Anchor Industry Lab and expanded sector platforms, we are formalizing a collaboration model that integrates research, case studies, data analytics, and strategic capital.
Meaningful progress requires structure, trust, and time.
We continue building — deliberately and persistently.
To build what is harder.
But matters more.

Elisa Chiu is an ecosystem architect and cross-border capital strategist focused on global industry transformation.
Prior to founding Anchor in 2017, she managed over US$1 billion in Pan-Pacific assets on Wall Street and gained early-stage exposure in Silicon Valley. Rather than launching a traditional investment fund, she chose to commit her own capital and network to building Anchor as an independent institutional platform.
Over the past decade, she has convened and designed multi-stakeholder initiatives across mobility, semiconductors, supply chains, and corporate venturing — connecting leaders from more than 15 countries and helping shape new forms of industry collaboration.

Anchor builds institutional platforms with intention.
We do not hire for scale.
We build for alignment.
As a cross-border transformation platform, our work requires intellectual rigor, long-term conviction, and the ability to navigate complexity across industries and cultures.
We operate at the intersection of capital, corporate leadership, and emerging sectors — often in rooms where consequential decisions are made before certainty arrives.
